1. Open the story.
2. Click Refresh Story.The Create a New Story with Updated Data window opens.
3. In the New Story Name field, type a name for the story.
4. The Data Source section tells you what kind of data the story uses. If the story uses data from Salesforce, it will automatically refresh the data. If the story uses data from a CSV file, click the Select CSV from your computer button. Expand the Data Requirements section to view the column names that must be present in your CSV file.
5. Click Create New Story.Note: The add derived column, add column from lookup table, and grouped table datatransformations will not be automatically applied.
